simply-rx.com sucks!

simply-rx.com is the first entry in my new category, "This Sucks!". Everyone knows that I just _hate_ spam (uh, I said the "H" word, sue me!), and some spammers are just a lot more annoying than others. So to the proud owner of simply-rx.com, let me just say: YOU SUCK!

It's impossible to know for sure if any of the information collected by registars about the domains they get paid to register is true, but for whatever it's worth, here's some interesting info.

simply-rx.com

This guy apparently hires some teenage punk to send all different kinds of spam using various methods. These spam messages point to bogus domains, which redirect (and presumably even account for - wow, spam affiliates!!!) back to simply-rx.com. Here are some of these bogus domains:

Wooho corporation was really busy on Nov-11-04 :D. Goes to show that this information is pretty recent. I'm sure there are hundreds of others. Maybe spamhaus already has a lead on this guy, I surely hope so.

Feel free to block all the domains listed above, there's no chance in hell you'll ever get any legitimate email from them.

Peace.

Hi There,

i got a LOT OF spam from simply-rx:

http://This-Spammer-Sucks.rlnk.com/

http://This-Spammer-Sucks.quff.com/

http://This-Spammer-Sucks.vves.com/

about 40% of my Spam is simply-rx spam :-(

Greetings from Nuernberg / Germany,

It's not just spam. I went looking for some online meds, and although I have purchased meds from other companies with success, I think I am getting totally screwed by Simply RX. After placing a $300+ order I tried to ascertain the status of my order to no avail. I have written two emails to them and had no response. I can only assume that they are blatant ripoff assholes as well as spammers.

Posted by: Jack Reed at January 22, 2005 10:53 PM

Ditto to the ripoff comment. I also placed a $300.00 plus order and have not received the med's or a reply to my e-mails. Beware of Simply-rx, as they are theives as well as spammers. Simply-rx theives. Simply-rx ripoff. Simply-rx crooks. Simply-rx beware

I also placed an order with simply RX. Same problem, I sent two emails and no answer. Has anybody out there received their orders yet. Thanks

I placed a $300 plus order also never heard from them again. Can we dispute the charge on our C.C.?

hey folx....are there any legit sites out here to purchase meds from??

if so, please advise where to go...

and THANX !!...i was actually ready to order from these a- holes !!

Posted by: billy mcmillan at January 31, 2005 06:29 PM

those stupid idiots got me also for over 200 dollars.......i wish i could get my hands on them!!!!!

Posted by: Anonymous at February 4, 2005 05:48 PM

I am sure there are many scams out there with the off shore meds. However, one that I have bought from a few times is at www.pharm88.com. They are generally less expensive than others...and they deliver. They do deliver by regular mail from another country, so it can take a while. One time, apparently the order was stopped by customs. They had the order reshipped.

They are not actually a pharmacy, but kind of a broker.

They do get the job done!

Good Luck All

Posted by: danno at February 4, 2005 07:51 PM

I also too was ripped off, and I sent probably 12 emails to them. I told them, that my cc was looking for them, all of a sudden they were gone.
CC Bill stated White Feathers Intl, Punn INDIA!
My CC credited my account, and they are going after them. As I told my CC, I didn't order from White Feathers Intl, and I sure as heck haven't heard of Punn INDIA!!
I did some research, and couldn't find a Company with the name.
Plus I actually had a RX, I just thought I could fax it to them, and get my medication cheaper, since I don't have insurance. And I honestly didn't know, it was spam or out of the USA! Or I wouldn't have done it

Posted by: El at February 4, 2005 11:48 PM

These guys are scumbags. I ordered from them over 2 months ago. For like a month I heard nothing. Finally after about 20 emails I get a few messages saying there email service was down.(Yeah Right)
Now they told me my medicine is ready and will take 15-20 to get here. That way it will be almost 3 months since I placed the order. However they took my money on Dec. 6 the day I placed the order. Plus my order was for $346 including shipping and I was charged $289, I guess the conversion rate, but still!!!!! I have disputed the charges on my card. I am done chasing them. "order in bulk" so they can get more money. I should have known better..

Posted by: rob at February 9, 2005 05:14 PM

I meant I was charge $389 not $289...

Posted by: rob at February 10, 2005 08:36 PM

Simply-RX should be reported because they are commiting wire fraud.

Posted by: Bob at February 11, 2005 03:57 AM

I too was charged for meds -- never got them and they erased the e-mail from my computer. I am taking legal action again them!!!!

Posted by: Anonymous at February 13, 2005 10:35 AM

i as well made an order, you guessed it they never sent my order, its been over 30 days.they will not answer my emails.they got me for 375.00
if anyone knows a good place to order from please let me know.i need the medicne but can't afford to get riped off again.
thanks

Posted by: tim at February 14, 2005 02:05 PM

Well, I received several emails, stating they had some type of error, and that my shipment well shipped out Jan 22, and it would take 15-20 days for it would be delivered. They apologized, stating hereafter, that they would be prompt, in anwsering any emails. Yea, right. They sent me to the live support, if I had any questions. Also, they would be able to track the shipment. Well, as all of you know, their is NO one available to speak with, on live support. And of course, they haven't reponded to ANY further inquiries. All I'm getting is emails, stating my confirmations on rx, that I haven't even ordered. Boy, how stupid do they think I am? If I do receive my rx (and correct one at that) I think I'll faint!

Posted by: El at February 19, 2005 05:36 PM

Wow...umm..good thing I saw this sight I almost became an affiliate. Thank you all for helping me see the light and to see that these people are true ripoff artists. FIGHT THE POWER!!

Wish I'd come here first. I just got charged $500!! by those jerks for an order I placed several months ago (and of course never received).

Has anyone actually gotten their meds? Any advice on how to deal with this?

Posted by: greg at March 4, 2005 03:30 PM

I ordered a small order for simply-rx (30 pills) and the process was the same Although about a month later I did receive my order, registered mail from Punn India.

Posted by: Anonymous at March 6, 2005 04:14 AM

Damn. Postings look like my inbox. Promises 15-20 clear working days for shipment, reasons for delays, ignored emails replies, etc. Anyone can set up a sellers account with Transaction India and collect CC info. I've been hosed and going to contact CC. Has anyone received meds from simply-rx?

Posted by: Chemisd at March 6, 2005 04:42 PM

You people should be aware that simply-rx (and several of the other meds sites like unkindest.net, 4-medz, phents.com and vaguer.com) are run by Russian crime syndicates that are also responsible for phishing scams, dating scams and probably identity theft. I respectfully suggest you are a bit more careful with your credit card details in future; it holds just about all the information a clever operator needs to part you from the rest of your money; with or without your permission.

Posted by: anonymous at March 7, 2005 07:28 AM

try trustedmeds.com. been ordering 2 years, no probs, peace :-) england

Hey Guys,
I think simply-rx is cool.
I got all my pills.. worth $600 of orders.
They are good in communication for sure.
or may be I was luck ha ;)

Posted by: Sam at March 9, 2005 04:05 PM

Simply-rx.net
Still ripping people off. Took me for more than $300. Unfortunately I didn't find this site until it was too late.
My advice.......STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS.
If I could get an address on these guys, someone at Simplyrx would need major surgery to have my order remove from his ass.

Posted by: Pissed Off at March 12, 2005 12:06 AM

Sick to death of the 8 emails a day.
No I'm not interested in some V1ooocine!!.
All I can suggest is everyone sends their spam to questions@simply-rx.net

Posted by: baz at March 12, 2005 01:17 PM

I too ordered from simply-rx about a year ago. Same story, never received anything. About a week ago I signed onto online pharmacy, ordered meds only to discover that it was through simply-rx. If you feel stupid, I've now lost $600.00 to them.

I too want to know if there is anything I can do to get my $$$$ back.

Posted by: kathleen Tavares at March 15, 2005 09:26 PM

Well, looks like I may get screwed too.!!! I have been waiting now for a month for my meds..but I have received a couple of emails saying that they have processed my order and it will be shipped soon...right..I may just dispute the charges and try and get the money back..screw me and I can screw you..I will give them a little more time then I will go after them like everyone else had..wished I would have read this first..oh well I know now..thanks yall!!

Posted by: Robin at March 16, 2005 09:27 PM

ripped off is not the word can they still charge to your credit card even if you did not order

Posted by: Teresa at March 19, 2005 04:12 AM

I placed an order in January and by mistake I thought it did not go through since I heard nothing and it said my shopping cart was empty, so I placed another order two days later and so now I am in for over $600.00 and then I tried to correct the mistake and they said they didnt carry what I ordered anymore so I said good cancel the whole thing and then in March they charge my credit card for both orders and say, of course, that my order is safe in their hands I bet you have heard this before. I said cancel the orders because that was Jan and now itis March I dont need the meds anymore I am well and would of course be afraid to take anything from them anyway. Can they go back in and charge again because I am difinitely afraid of them. This is ridiculous. Help if anyone has an answer. What can we do?

Posted by: Teresa at March 19, 2005 04:22 AM

Harrrggh! u all saved me just by seconds, i had an order to go with all the credit card details ready but i could not see any https on top, and they guessed my country wrong.
Ok, i had to check before pressing accept... And, what do i find???
This forum about RX being spammers and scammers.
Thank u all, let´s be a lot more careful about our Visas...

Here's a site that lists which online pharmacies to avoid and which pharmacies are recommended:

Posted by: Jocie at March 20, 2005 11:52 PM

I am another scammed by the "Swiss Pharmacy" at
http://www.simply-rx.net. I charged my $87.00 Jan 2005. Was to get order in 2 weeks - guess what---NOTHING!!! In Feb. I send numerous e-mails asking for my order or a refund. NO RESPONSE !! After I send 30 emails, I received one response from "Zania" who said due to numerous orders there will be a delay. Expect order in a few weeks. Its now nearing the end of March. GUESS WHAT ??? NOTHING / NO REFUND. HELP!!!!!

Posted by: Jeanne at March 21, 2005 03:11 AM

Anyone who is having a problem, which is the majority of us!!!!!!!!! (Except for that one guy who says Simply-RX is cool just got $600 in orders) he probably works for them!!

Anyway just dispute the charge on your card. They got me for $398 and after about 100 emails I sent, and about 20 from them, saying the order was on the way, I called my credit card and they gave me my money back. You don't even have to say what it is for. Just say you never have heard of this company. F**k these people don't let them make money of this bullshit scam... I wish we could report them, but I figure we could never trace them.

Posted by: RM at March 21, 2005 02:38 PM

To everyone scammed: I just filed a complaint with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center) at www.ifccfbi.gov

Posted by: Jeanne at March 21, 2005 08:48 PM

What I find so amazing is that the credit card companies must know about the activities of simply rx com and now simply rx net. Why don't they simply find out the accounts these people use and then block them. In effect their lack of duty of care is aiding and abetting these shits to defraud people. Each year they complain about credit card fraud being up on the previous year but seem to do little to stop it.

By the way, simply rx claims to have a secure site but it does not so your credit card info is not only in their hands but the hands of many others as well no doubt.

I cancelled my card but still got stung but am now trying to get the site closed. I have traced it back to Joker.com who seem to be their ISP but who seem to be just as bad. If we don't make noise the situation will continue. If they are Russian based, which I suspect they are, the Russian police would act in that they seem quite aware of the problem with internet fraud stemming from their country and have been successful with the elimination of other scams. The good news is that punishment is so over the top in relation to the western world that the effort involved in finding these people is worth it.

Ordered in Jan, sent 3 e-mails, got something today. Can't identify. They were supposed to be pain killers. They are pink ovals with the word "Micron" on them. Very scarryyyy!!!! Does that sound familar to anyone??

Posted by: kevin at March 22, 2005 10:25 PM

I have placed an order through a company called vdrugz.com and for $424 it sounded like such a good deal. The order should of arrived in 2-3weeks it has been 2 1/2 weeks. I started feeling uncomfortable about this and so did a girl friend of mine that also placed an order through this website. We have emailed them on there contact us link and no response. Which is through a website they given us to contact them with called earthdepo.com. Now I have tried to go back in and search for vdrugz.com website and what comes up??? Guess! Simply-Rx.com. Which you all are talking about. I know my time for shipping is not up but I guess I have been scammed also. I would be happy to get together with whom ever wants to try to get these people and/or get our money back. Post a message that you want to contact me and I will.

Posted by: Kimmy at March 25, 2005 01:35 PM

Well, I too just stumbled on this site and was sorry to see there are so many of us in the same boat. I will call my credit card company and dispute my order. I placed it a few weeks ago, my card was charged 2 weeks ago, and I got one reply 4 days after ordering saying my order was received and would be mailed shortly. I have sent several emails to them (and it states they will reply within 12 hrs!) with no reply.
What is sad is as most of us we are just trying to save on meds and now end up being hosed!

Posted by: Anonymous at March 28, 2005 03:00 AM

If increasing amounts of people who have been stung by simply-rx reported this to the Internet Fraud Complaints Centre it is quite concievable that progress could be made into running down the Russians responsible for this. At the moment this group of criminals has dozens of scams on the go from dating agencies, porn sites, loan co's and much more.

If you want to report them you can find a listening ear at http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp

Posted by: John DeVries at March 28, 2005 04:43 PM

Posted by: Anonymous at March 29, 2005 08:41 PM

I placed an order with this company; after a week had passed and my order was still listed as "...ready to be shipped soon." I got suspicious.

As I should have done long ago, I Googled the name and found nothing but complaints and horror stories, SO...

I reported my card stolen, cut it up, and decided to be more judicious in the future.

Posted by: Me at March 29, 2005 10:22 PM

Wow!! I never imagined to find so many people scammed like I was. Well I can tell you this much, I harassed the crap out of them too and I always got the same e-mail back. When I threatened them with charge back on my credit card, they changed the shipping date to 00/00/0000. Crazy. Fortunately, my credit card is taking the charge off only because I told them I never ordered this nor heard of such a thing. I let Simply Rx know that they are known as scammers and that their name is going to be spread eveywhere in the forums and pharmacy communities. I never imagined it would really come to this.

Posted by: gruvychild at April 1, 2005 02:05 AM

I HAD PLACED AN ORDER ON 03/17/05, AND IT'S BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS, AND 8 E-MAILS LATER, WITH NO RESPONSE. SO I AM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND THEY BETTER HOPE FOR THEIR SAKES ME CREDIT CARD DOES NOT GET CHARGED THE $219.95 PLUS THE SHIPPING AND HANDELING!!!!!

Posted by: HOLLY at April 2, 2005 03:34 AM

I too placed an order and never received it. I became suspicious about 2 weeks later and checked my credit card billing. They had charged my card. I wrote to them about a dozen times with no response. On their site to check your order it showed it had been processed and would be shipped shortly. That remained the same each day I checked it and every time I would send an email with no response. I sent at least 10 emails and at the bottom of their site it says they will respond within 12 hrs! I called my credit card company after a month of this and they disputed the charges. How sad we all had to wait and let them use our money in the mean time!
I do hope they somehow get shut down!

Posted by: another one scammed at April 6, 2005 05:53 AM

I also ordered from simply - rx wished I'd found you sooner, but we really don't look untill we lose money! Simply-rx got me for $300.00,after reading all the comments from all the people on your web-site I called captial one and they are on it right now! I'm sure they'er resources are much better than anything I could do. I' a 68 year old woman who worked hard all my life, raised 7 children and thought I'de get a little relief from my pain. If it sounds too good too be true it usually is!!

I placed an order 6 weeks ago and last week finally called my credit card to dispute the charges. It is great they are understanding but it sucks to think these guys are getting away with so many who did not dispute. I also looked up my order number tonight and it shows the date of order placed changed to july!! They are sneaky. I keep my eye out on my credit card statement but perhaps as someone else did I should cancel that card and say it was stolen and apply for a new one.

"Simply-RX" has apppearently diversified into two sites that look stangely similar "Online Pharamacy" and "Secure Pharmacy". Same span ads and same similar web site. What can we really do to these guys?

Well, as promised, I'm returning with an update from the site Danno posted.
As I was wondering as well if I was being scammed.... I took a chance & placed an order with the pharm88 that he spoke of. Well, it went approx. 3 weeks before recieving anything. But wo & behold, I be dam if I didn't recieve a package the day before yesterday, with my FULL ORDER INTACT! So for all those that are having the real understood concern about being scammed.... I will give you my word that these guys DO DELIVER!
And their delivery method is quite descret, & smoooooooth!!!! I was impressed. Hence the reason for placing an even larger order yesterday with NO WORRY. Just wanted to pass this along, as I promised to do so.... if in need.... try www.pharm88.com & they WILL come through for ya.
You just have to be a tad patient, as it is coming from overseas. My envelope had 4 stamps on it, with the contents vacumed packed for security reasons. I'll be sticking with these guys for as long as they offer their service!
Just wanted to pass along some GOOD info, after all the poor soles were scammed by Simply RX!!!!
Pharm88 says to allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, & mine arrived in 3. So no complaints here what so ever! "Happy Customer"

Hope this helps some that are in need & don't know where to turn.... & NO I don't work for Pharm88!!!! LMAO*** ;-)

Take care all,

So many of you have asked how to get your money back. Here's what to do. Go to the bank and withdraw in cash whatever amount you have already lost. Take that cash and fold it in half and put it in your pocket. You have now doubled your money.

The question becomes whether or not you have paid enough to learn the lesson. Prescription drugs are prescription for a reason. You are living proof to that fact. Acceptance or denial. Pick a road. One day at a time!!!

Posted by: Fuzzball at April 18, 2005 09:12 PM

*sigh*

How can you people be so naive?

YOU SHOULDN'T SEND MONEY TO SPAMMERS! IT'S THAT SIMPLE!

Posted by: annonymous at April 19, 2005 05:29 AM

You &@*##&@ @&!@#! #&@*#* !!! When will you not take simple advice. NEVER EVER EVER buy anything from unsolicited/spam. How do expect this problem to go away if people throw money at these scum bags. I would treat anything being advertised through spam as being decidedly unreliable. These people know there are laws against spam, that makes them criminals with intent. Would such people sell legitimate goods? I don't think so.

Edited: Profanity removed.

Same trouble with Simply RX !
But do not let them get away cheating you.
After 10 weeks since I ordered and 5 weeks after they debited my VISA account I still had no delivery. I simply had VISA cancelling the debit and recredit my account. VISA does this once you document that you were cheated, Do the same !

But I will inform cc and thankyou to the others for the information on the sites to report the incidents to and maybe there wont be too many others caught in the trap.

Have these guys been stopped yet? I spent $200.00 and it's been 4 months. I don't expect to receive my merchandise but I feel sorry for the next person. I tried to access there e-mail address and it is conveniently out of service. I say they're outta here. How do I know whether I can trust any pharmacy on line again. I've always had good luck before.

Yes I am too one of the unfortunate ones...this place sucks and someone needs to do something about them. So I have reported them to the police. I placed my order with them back in Feb.
The money was paied Mars 2.
It is now Maj 3. and guess what..nothing..I have gotten an email saying they where out of stock but will soon be in production again and soon be delivered that was the last time I heard from them. I would recommend not to ever use this company again...!!

Posted by: Hans at May 4, 2005 03:24 AM

They are now sending a new e mail stating they are now up and running, Under the name RX Beware of this site. Also I sent them 25 replys to every advertsment! I am going to do this 2 or 3 times a day Maybe they will get tired of theie email boxes jamming up. I don't say anything just hit reply to their ads!

Posted by: Doris at May 5, 2005 02:30 PM

They are now going by another name!! americaspharma.com. Also another name I will send to you all. My credit card company is checking them! I am sending them (the crooks) 20 emails a day Maybe at least I can jam up their website!!!!

Posted by: Doris at May 6, 2005 07:33 PM

Look ay all the money they have bilked people out of just here! I also am sending replys to their sites at a rate of 25 per day maybe we can clog up their website!!!! Doris

Is "Simply-RX" still on the net??
Is the aboved mention web site closed now? Also,
is there a customer contact avalible to speak with

Posted by: Kevin at May 31, 2005 03:09 AM

I also have not received anything and I paid 3 months ago. And they have never answered any of my numerous e-mails.
Isn't there anything we can do to at least get their web site removed? I see where some of you notified your cc company and the charges were credited back to you. Don't those cc companies press charges re fraud?

Posted by: Ann at June 1, 2005 04:32 AM

i got resoponses that said i had been refunded -- but no product and no refund!!! just lots of repeated messages telling me i had gitten a refund! any advice?

Posted by: Anonymous at June 2, 2005 05:03 PM

I wish I would have checked these guys out before I ordered my meds. BTW, thanks for this site...I love being able to vent and maybe somehow getting these guys where they might hurt. My credit card refunded my money for me, but I needed those meds..I always procrastinate...and waited until I was down to the wire to order. I don't have medical insurance, So I thought this would be a answer to those high priced pharmacies. Looks like they could have charged less, since they weren't legit anyway! Karma will win in the end!!!

Posted by: Jacqueline at June 9, 2005 02:38 AM

OH no. I just found this site. I think I got taken too. I am such a fool. simply Rx is a fraud

Well I too orders $250 in April and got varied emails regarding the stauts of the order. I had reservations becasue I knew they were spammers but figured ( wrigly) that they would deliever. I got suspsicious when I got an email and link to
http://eps-support.com/?clientid=xxx
which looked to appear as real customer support and a valid company. I think these guys are in Indai based on their writing style and the supposed company I think is in the U.K. but not 100% sure on that one. They asked for a received confirmation at one point and I said "NO" and then they said the meds wer n the manufaturing processLOL.. I commuinicated using the link they gave me and while they never ignored my posts their answer were always stock lead yo on snaswer. THey finall ysaid the ites were shipped and 2 weeks later , you guessed it .. NOTHING. They said 1 was shipped DHL and the other air mail and I asked for tracikng number sn they ignored that every time. I finally got nasty and said to deliver or else and they said be patient you should have thme in a week. I figure that was BS but gave them the week and more, and yestersy 6/20 I got another email asking if I recevied them and I said this morning NO refuns my money and I called my CC company and gave them the story and told them I think these guys are are scammers. I think I wil also have them issue a new card..Avoic SIMPLY-RX they re-driect to different IP's domains and I am sure they kicked off of servers left and right

I posted my comments earlier about how I also got scammed by simplyrx. I did have good luck with Glenwaypharmacy.com. They are out of Canada; there is a real customer service rep to speak with and you do need a dr. RX.
I received my stuff today. Their phone number is 1 888 336 3424. Hope this helps

Hi,

i'm also tired of beeing ripped of from several pharmacies. I had luck i always got my money back ( charge back ) but it takes several weeks to get my money back. I ordered the last 2 times from pharmadrugstore.com , and every 2 times it worked. It seems that they are legit. Fast shipping but the prices are a little bit high.

Posted by: olosdios at July 4, 2005 01:30 PM

Boy...it's terrible to say but I don't feel so bad now...I thought I was the only one to have gotten scammed by simply-rx and transactindia...my only problem is I use my debit card from my bank and by the time i found out this was a scam I had closed this bank account and gotten a new one...even so the bank said I only had 60 days to dispute for a refund so some of you the used credit cards are lucky...I would love to get some pay back. This ain't right. Buyers beware!!!!

BEWARE
I ordered from PHARMADRUGSTORE.COM and never received anything. they replyed to a couple of my inquires, gave me an invalid usps tracking number and told me to be patient. Now they no longer reply to my e-mails. YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM BY PHONE and my credit card company will not help so I am out my $244.

i have been investigating the healthsuite mob for the past 6 months. i have turned all info over to the fbi and secret service. neither of these enforcement bodies has done a ripping thing to prosecute healthsuite, even though i have provided horror stories about people losing entire bank balances to this mob, in amounts of thousands of dollars. i have given the fbi healthsuite's phone 1-888-237-0341, which trees to latvia. i have reported healthsuite's latvian address to the latvia police and interpol. still no action. i believe that if everyone concerned about this ripoff mob were to ring the fbi every day of the week, and even 24/7 on their hotline, then the feds would take this seriously. but then, these are the same guys and gals who can't find osama, so i don't believe they can bag sergei kurinkov, the latvian who runs health suite, or jonh lee, the master korean criminal who registers healthsuite domains thru yesnic and rgnames. maybe ringing ICANN, the mob that accredits rgnames, yesnic, namebay, and bookmyname to register healthsuite domains, would help--but fat frank fowlie, my former employee with the UN in timor in 2000, heads up icann, and he's a useless seat warmer. is anyone out there a former green beret trained in covert ops?
